Making of New Album & Behind The Scenes at Avatar

Hey -
I’m aching to share these songs..
The album has taken longer than expected. This has made it quite clear
that it won’t be ready for delivery in October as I’d initially hoped,
as mixing and mastering isn’t yet underway..
As a next best thing – I’ve decided to go forward and release a 4 song
album sampler upon completion of those tracks in November.. almost half
the album. Full album following after that.
Regardless of time, the focus has been the quality of the music along
with trying my best to avoid hindering this amazing opportunity by
trying to hit an October deadline.
I want to ensure that I get the right album into your hands, what I’ve always intended you to have.
In regards to change of delivery time, I sincerely appreciate your understanding.
When things are out of your control, you have to believe it’s meant to
be for a reason. I’m learning to trust throughout this process and time
while keeping my head above water.
Attached is a behind the scenes video at Avatar Studios which includes
some snippets of the new material. I wanted to share some of the process
with you.

You may have noticed I brought “Gonna Get It” back from my previous
album “Voodoo” to be re-recorded and produced. I just love the song so
much and it fit really well with the album. A little homage to “Voodoo”…
why not?
There is so much more to come.
I’m playing my final show of 2013 at SubCulture in NYC Nov 7th where
I’ll be performing some of the new album material.. If you’re in the
